Hire them. I did it twice. 1. Hiring through their website was simple, concise, and fast. 2. I was given clear communication about the entire process as soon as I hired them through the website. 3.I was kept updated through email and through checking on my case on their website. 4. After paying, I realized I had meant to use a discount code that had been mailed to me. I sent an email and within 24 hours, I was issued a refund for that amount, and notified by email. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed with the service I received, and if I unfortunately get another ticket, I will hire them again. To sum up.. This isn't a faceless company. These are a bunch of great people committing to a service-forward effort in a customer centric way. This isn't a money centric, faceless behemoth coasting on AI communication. I'm seriously impressed, and 5 stars is still less than they deserve.
