I don't typically find myself in trouble, but when I was involved in an accident, I used the Hatley Law Office iticket.law services and they made the process so easy. They were easy to reach, kept me informed of each step, and made recommendations to improve the outcome of my case, and I felt it was well worth the money spent. I would definitely use them in the future if needed.

I got a ticket 93/60 in NC, being a resident from Va i was not able to attend court over 5 hours away. I actually forgot about it completely. A whole year after it hit me and my license got suspended and so i contacted this company and they were able to fix my license status in less than 24 hours. this was in the end of 2022 when i received my infraction. it took them 2 years but they eventually got it down to the smallest speeding infraction possible. All i had to do was pay. and the pay wasn’t bad i probably paid 2-2.5x the amount i would in fines if i just took the hit. That’s a deal when you consider the insurance costs.

They got my 60 in a 45 ticket changed into a non moving violation and saved my insurance prices. 100% recommend

You guys are the absolute BEST ! I was so stressed from a situation I had and you guys handled it so quick it would’ve took me months but you guys handled it fast and even turned it into a dismal PLUS saved me so much money. Like I said the BEST! If anyone is questioning hiring ticket law I strongly agree it’s a GREAT decision

iTicket Law is totally amazing. Their response to my inquiry was literally instantaneous. Being a bit dubious about online transactions, I place a phone call prior to entering my credit card. The receptionist immediately had my information in front of her. She was very friendly and helpful and informed me of the entire process. (I had a speeding ticket of over 15 mph.) And what the probably outcome would be. I got an email directly from a lawyer in the firm who told what needed to be done and to just hang loose until my hearing date. My speeding citation was reduced to a nebulous equipment malfunction. The result being no points on my record and no increase in my insurance. iTicket save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in increased insurance rates alone. All this for a very reasonable fee. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I recommend them highly.

If I could give a neg review I would. Called to inquire about getting an expired registration ticket. I moved out of state and needed a lawyers help to take care of it. The person helping me goes,”why did you not go to your court date!” Rude and condescending tone. I said I unfortunately forgot.then proceeded to give me attitude the rest of the call. Ask how long it would take. Said it will take a month. Ask the reason for it taking so long. Because I could go in next week and take care of it myself if I still lived in state. She said that how it is. I see 5 star reviews and happy they had good service I did not make it past the phone call and did not feel comfortable giving them my business. If it was me which it is my business will go somewhere else. Food for thought
