All I can say is WOW! My case, (21 mph over the limit) which had a mandatory court appearance with possible jail time per NC code, was settled this morning without my having to appear, (iTicket represented me). The attorney got it reduced to improper equipment which means no points to my DL or insurance. Their fee was $119, and I have to pay my fine. They have my absolute strongest recommendation. So well organized. They kept me informed, (text and email) every step of the way.

Very satisfied with my service. I decided last minute to use a lawyer for a speeding ticket received in Dare County when I live almost 4 hours away in Wake County. I contacted iTicket about 4 days prior to my court date and they were able to knock my over 20mph ticket down to an Improper Equipment violation. Their fee was extremely reasonable at approx $115 + court costs. Would genuinely recommend this service to anyone in the same situation.

Hatley law office is the best. I was skeptical hiring online from a letter in the mail. But it said 100% satisfaction guaranteed so I took a chance. Best decision i could have made. I didn't miss work, I didn't have to go to court, I never even spoke to my attorney personally. But they sent me emails which made it very easy. Thought I was going to have to pay a 400 dollar ticket. Then they sent me a email telling me it was dismissed. Thank you very much Hatley law office and a huge thank you to my attorney Meg Westall. You guys are the best. ( Highly Recommend)
