I got two speeding tickets within a matter of a month of each other. Mr. Kennedy was very professional and courteous, and Carol answered my questions promptly. My results were more than I could hope for as both my tickets involved speeding above 15mph. Needless to say, there are many lawyers in the area who can do the job, but if I had to do it again I would go with Mr. Kennedy's representation. Highly recommend!

Very professional staff, quick response time, and efficient in how they process information. They did a good job in describing the process and although no lawyer can promise a positive outcome, they provided the right description on potential outcomes so that I could prepare better. I recommend using them based on their professionalism and process oriented style.

No big firm. No automated attendant answering when calling his office. You can reach Mr. Kennedy and his secretary right away with ease, and he’s eager to answer any questions with detailed answers. He’s there to help and it shows.
I hydroplaned and did some damage to state property which resulted in a ticket. He had the ticket dismissed. I can not recommend Mr. Kennedy enough.
