I'm not sure what this is. It almost sounds like it's a 3rd party service that takes takes the phone calls. They ask you a bunch of questions, then ask to put you on hold. When they come back on the phone they ask for permission to send your info to other lawyers that MIGHT can help you. If Morgan and Morgan is so big that they can't speak to me, they should quit advertising. Kind of feels like a scam to get your info to send to lawyers.
