Difficulty getting certain cases accepted
“Contrary to what they say, they will NOT help veterans with cases. I'm trying to appeal a case through the VA and several people said they would help. When I finally got connected with a "specialist" I was told she could not help with my appeal.”

“I was disappointed in my overall experience. First I was consulted with a person who could barely speak English and I had trouble understanding her. Then I never actually was able to speak to an attorney to discuss the case.”
