Mr MCCLEARY represented me for my divorce back in 2018. We stayed in touch and have gone to him on and off to take care of some issues I had along the way with my custody and child support matters. I have so much respect for him. He managed to get my kids their passports despite so many hurdles and I’m so grateful for him. I will always speak so highly of him as an attorney and a person.

Say they handle defective airbag cases. Yet they turned me down. Transferred me 5 times to different people. Say they work for the little people not the corporations, yet they won’t take a case for the little person. A defect is a defect especially in a airbag. Rude customer service, transferred numerous times and still turned down on the issue. Take the defective airbag issue off of the list you supposedly handle. False advertising on that one.

BEWARE!!! I'd leave zero stars if I could. I was considering switching attorneys and took a meeting with Amanda Wright at this firm after sending her the details of my situation. We met for an hour and a half where she took notes and asked good questions. I was supposed to hear from their office shortly after the meeting to sign an agreement for representation. After a week and no contact, I emailed her assistant who told me she "didn't have the bandwidth to represent" me. I requested my $500 be refunded as they provided NO service and got no response (twice). If they can't represent you, they shouldn't have a $500 meeting with you to represent you. This would otherwise be known as STEALING. Do not meeting with them or have them represent you.

I had a positive experience with Denise Dougall. She was informative and very patient with me. I did not feel rushed or hurried along at all. She was also very sensitive to my feelings while discussing my case and in regards to the recent passing of my Father. She told me numerous times during our conversation how sorry she was that I was having to go through something as rough as just wanting to get what my father wanted me to have if he had ever passed on. I could tell She understood how hard this had to be for me because I am dealing with my siblings. She was very respectful while asking each question.
