**A Complete Disaster: Morgan & Morgan Wasted 2 Years of Our Lives With Empty Promises and No Results** Our experience with Morgan & Morgan has been an absolute nightmare. While visiting Tampa, Florida, in November 2022, my husband suffered a serious slip-and-fall accident at a major hotel. We trusted Morgan & Morgan to handle the case, but it’s been a disaster from start to finish. Despite initially assigning an attorney, the case was passed around between multiple attorneys and case managers for the past two years, leading to delays, miscommunication, and complete frustration. From day one, they assured us that they were diligently collecting evidence: every visit to the chiropractor, neurologist, and ophthalmologist, every x-ray and medical record, and all the photos from the night of the accident when my husband was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with a neck brace. Despite this mountain of evidence and the severity of his injuries, which include permanent eye floaters confirmed by an ophthalmologist and prefrontal cortex damage leading to chronic migraines and personality changes, Morgan & Morgan completely dropped the ball. After two years of going in circles with no clear direction, we were left with nothing – zero compensation, no justice, and the case was dropped without warning. The worst part is that the accident happened in a handicapped bathroom with no safety railing and a dangerously slippery tub. If my husband, who isn’t disabled, suffered this much damage, imagine what could happen to someone who truly needs those safety measures. What’s even more infuriating is that in June 2024, after stringing us along for nearly two years, they had the nerve to suggest we either drop the case or find another law firm. It’s clear they were never confident enough to stand up to the hotel and fight for what’s right. Morgan & Morgan claims to be “For the People,” but our experience shows they’re anything but that. We put our trust in them only to be abandoned, left dealing with the physical, emotional, and financial fallout of this accident on our own. Terrible service, complete incompetence, and zero accountability. Save yourself the time, stress, and heartbreak – take your case anywhere but here.
