David McCleary was my attorney to finalize the terms and to file for my divorce. David and others with whom I communicated at Dozier Miller were always professional and powerful advocates. When my ex-wife tried to manipulate the terms of our agreement, they quickly shut down the BS and kept things moving. They did the heavy lifting on the final agreement when opposing counsel was late and lazy on deliverables. I am grateful for their partnership and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I highly recommend Art Blanton at Dozier Miller. He was able to help me in settling a case in a matter of a few months with little stress. He kept me informed every step of the way and really worked with me to make sure everything was completed in best way. He provided a lot of detail with every phone call and email, and he is truly knowledgeable in his areas of practice.

Ben showed outstanding experience and patience with my case. Ben was able to get the DA to drop my case before my court date. Not once did I have to appear personally at a hearing. Case was dismissed, NO court costs, NO classes to take/pay for -(Mandatory in most cases). What other attorney picks up the phone on Sunday afternoon To discuss your case? Only ONE BH. Thanks!

Completely ghosted me after paying him for a super overpriced consultation. He said he would take my case and acted completely unprofessional by removing me from IG friends, and ignoring all calls and communication regarding the matter. Super Sketchy

The attention to detail, communication, and understanding of the desired outcome I was looking for was all taken into consideration while working together. As if dealing with a death in the family isn't already enough let's add a greedy law firm who says they specialize in "life insurance policies." Called to get a consultation with someone regarding my case only to get shot down with absolutely no reason at all.
Very very unprofessional. And it just adds to the stress of trying to get everything handled after my mother inlaw passed.
