I worked with Ted in the corporate world for many years and have worked with two franchise companies (one my own) that engaged Ted. Throughout, Ted is as good as it gets. He truly understands what franchising is about from both the franchisor and franchisees' perspective and is able to provide top notch advice and counsel on all facets of franchise law, regulation and management. Ted has lived franchising for +30 years and helped forge much of the current franchise model.

I have known and used Ted for Legal work for almost 20 years. We have faced some of the most trying times together in some of Franchising's most important case law. What I have consistently found from Ted was a strong tacticians who used his knowledge of the law along with the relevant facts to chart the best course for success. Ted has developed over 40 FDD disclosure forms ( or their equivalent over time) for Meineke alone and has also done the work for multiple other brands including Maaco, Econo Lube and Tune, Mesquito Hunters, Aero Colours, Drive N Style, AutoQual and others. Clearly I go beyond client and friend to Fan of Ted and his ethical style and immense talent.
