Hi Mrs Pamela Hunter you might not remember me but I think we got the hospital and the doctor and nurses and my primary doctor to and on my disability my case was supposed to be undergoimg treatment for further surgeries my cases was supposed to be a medical re-esamination and recommended to review in ten months but it never was at all and I got a paperwork you might need to see on that.
