Sleazy Firm. Details to follow! This matter has been settled.

I had a will and trust done by Moore &Van Allen 3 years ago. I have 5 children from a blended family. A trust was put in place originally to help 4/5 handle inheritance. We decided the remaining one needed to be included in the trust rather than inherit with no restrictions. This change entailed making ONE switch to have this son match the others exactly, not even any real new language. My bill for this? $1648. This is about 1/2 the charge for the original trust. I'll never use them again, and I would advise getting a clear estimate before they do anything! My mistake for trusting them.

Please dont support this law firm. I was just informed that a family member who was harrassed and verbally assaulted and was having to go to COURT to get a restraining order on a man who lived next to her had the premise they were living at use this law firm to kick out the family member and instead accuse her of all things he was doing, even though there is documentation that law enforcement was involved and was on the side of my family member. They gave her four days to evacuate the premise. Channel 9 news will be contacted about this place.

I know two attorneys there that are great.
