I called a lot of other lawyers before finally calling Todd and there was just something in his voice that made me trust him. Good thing too, he was able to make my case as cheap and painless as possible, well as painless as any speeding ticket can ever be. He never once stopped working to find me the best possible solution and his patience knew no bounds when it came to explaining things to me. Very highly recommend.

I had a bogus case against me for hit and run. I learned from Mr. Long that charge is a misdemeanor if convicted, but highly unlikely to serve jail time unless its a huge wreck and injuries are involved. My case was nothing like that and I didn't have to worry about this I was told. However, I only mention it because I didn't know this law and I learned it from Howard Long. Now you, reader, have learned this law! I recommend going into the office to meet these gentlemen if you are considering hiring them. It can all be done over the phone if you are out of state or unable to physically go to the office or just plain lazy whatever the reason. Meeting in person will always be better in my opinion. You get to see them and likewise they get to see you and we all know that appearances play part when it comes to courtrooms. Eye contact and body language can not be seen over the telephone. [Unless you face-time or something, but really who does that to people that you just meet?] Their office is clean and parking is free located on the left side of building. There are 3-4 spaces located in the 'pay to park' area. They are labeled in yellow "arcade" something parking if I recall correctly. One of them can help you if you need. I only met Howard Long in person, but I did speak to Mr. Browning. They are very nice, articulate and well educated. They also take criminal cases and traffic violations. Oh yeah, forgot to say, Mr. Long got the charges dropped and now I don't face 4 points on my insurance or have to worry about misdemeanor!

David did everything I needed him to do, and always with a very friendly and professional demeanor. I highly recommend him for any legal services in the Mecklenburg County area!

I recently moved to NC and since I am not familiar with the area I was trying to find my way around. Out came a policeman from I-85 and pulled me over. He said I was going 66 in a 35 MPH zone. I wasn't and told him so but he still gave me a ticket and ordered me to appear in court. The next day I started receiving letters from attorneys in the mail. I received around fifteen letters, opened each one and read the qualifications of each attorney. I eventually choose Todd Browning. To my surprise when I called Todd answered the phone. Usually when you call an attorney you have to go through a long process before you can speak to them. I like the fact that I was able to speak with Todd. I explained to him what had happened and he explained to me what he could do for me. He went above and beyond to help me, I did not have to appear in court and I was very satisfied with the outcome of the judgement that I wanted. He even went so far as to go to the court and pay the fines for me. I don't know anyone else who will go that far for a client. Todd Browning is kind, compassionate and caring, when he tells you he will take care of you he goes the extra mile to keep his word. My teenage son rear-ended another vehicle in bumper to bumper traffic in Mecklenburg County. No one was hurt, but there was a police officer on scene so my son got a ticket for “failure to control speed” and an order to appear in court. Since he has only been driving for a few short months, I was terrified as to what this would mean for my son’s driving record and of course our insurance rates so it was pretty evident that we were going to need an attorney. We received a letter in the mail from Todd Browning detailing his knowledge and expertise as a former Assistant District Attorney. I called him and he very patiently and thoroughly explained the process. He was so nice! A couple of days after we hired him, he called to let me know that he had already taken care of it! I had a minor traffic ticket which required me to go to court. I received David's letter in the mail and gave him a call. Very easy to work with, extremely friendly experience. He got the job done, no problem.

Horrible experience. Didn't keep his word, got my license suspended and didn't even let me know anything .
