5/5. Mr. Browning and Ms. Vasquez are wonderful. They were straightforward, explained my options, and answered all of my questions quickly. I cannot recommend Browning & Long enough.

If you don’t want your money or time wasted, I’d strongly advise you to stay away from this law firm. I was in the process of suing my rental company and went to this law firm for assistance. First, Mrs. Crew’s was 15 minutes late to our appointment. I should had known then that this wasn’t the representation that I was looking for. Against my better judgment I stayed. Mrs. Crew’s seemed knowledgeable and I felt that my case was in great hands, but boy was I wrong. I paid $2,500 upfront for her services and not one thing had been done for 2 months. I called multiple times, but her paralegals always had an excuse as to why she was unavailable. When I asked for a refund, she stated that she was only willing to give me 1,500. I had to negotiate with her to refund me $1800 back. She shouldn’t had received a dime! Not only was she hesitant to refund me, but also rude and condescending. As previously stated, if you don’t want to waste your money or time don’t go with this law firm. You will regret it!
