Run.......for landlord issues. Sounds like she is great for traffic tickets. DO NOT PAY HER!!! If I could give a 0, I would! Hired Crews Law Firm to handle our daughters landlord issue regarding mold, and early lease termination. After waiting, and waiting Crews Law Firm sent demand letter 2 weeks too late, if she even sent it at all. Our daughter had to keep reaching out to her. We had all the mold results and forwarded them to her and she never said a word about the letter from the City of Charlotte and mold report. This is when I knew she was not concerned about my pregnant daughters well-being and with helping her break her lease. Our daughter finally moved after we went back and forward with all our evidence to (complex) management company. Crews Law Firm sent our daughter an email asking her the cost of her furniture to replace or clean for mold. Our daughter sent her the information and she responded later that same day (odd) stating the complex would not pay for anything. I do not believe she reached out to them management company, because it took her 2 weeks to send a demand letter that we paid you to write the week we hired you. It would take her a few days to respond to our daughters email regarding demand letter. She sent Crews Law Firm an email last week asking Attorney Crews to forward the responses from the management company saying no they wouldn't pay for anything. Well guess what, we haven't heard a thing from Crews Law Firm. She never sent the emails from the beginning to the complex with damage cost for replacement or cleaning. You lied to your client who paid you money to represent them. I don't expect to see those emails. Email time stamps don't lie! That's why we asked for the emails. Never showed proof she sent the demand letter!!!! She did show our daughter the demand letter, and that was only because we request to see it. I hope I don't find out there was a conflict of interest and she didn't say anything. Please go to different places to read reviews, I learned my lesson. I will look at more than one place by Google search for reviews and Facebook!
