I couldn't ask for a better experience! I am not from North Carolina, and got a speeding ticket while I was visiting. After I called for an initial phone interview, everything was handled for me very efficiently via email. My ticket was reduced and I was able to pay online. Hiring the firm took what could have been costly and aggravating and made it very palatable. Thanks!

Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Alleged speeding reduced to improper equipment, fine cut by more than half. No DMV points and no insurance points. I will not hesitate to use Browning and Long if there is a next time.
