You are represented by an attorney that seldomly is involved in your case and finds ways to rack up billable hours that have nothing to do with helping you. During the time I was represented by this firm it was a revolving door of attorneys that didn’t either; seem to know what they were doing or just wanted to you to settle regardless of your request. Getting billed for hours because they fire the attorney and the new one has to get up to speed is very shady business practice. On top of that, they have had cyber attack and leak personal information and their only response is identity protection for a short term. It seems the only subject this firm does in a timely manner is bill you.

Adam Hocutt of Dozier Miller Law Group recently assisted me with a real estate issue. He has a consultation with me on a Thursday. He took immediate action by sending a letter to the other party on Friday. The following Friday he had the issue resolved and I had the checks in my hand from the other party for the money that was due me that same day. I would rate Adam's response time as outstanding. The next time I need an attorney, I will definitely reach out to him. Adam, you are the best. I really appreciate you!

I submitted an online request for a consultation on behalf of my son. Upon receiving a callback within the hour and answering some questions, the intake person tells me they wouldn't be able to take my case and referred me to the yellow pages... oddly enough this was after I gave her an approximate amount of what the income is. I wish I had read the reviews first, because it appears this "team of lawyers... for the people" is a crock. If it's all about money for you, then you're in the wrong business and you shouldn't represent as a contingency firm, if it's all about money, because it takes time and work for these cases, people need help. You know if you don't win the case, you won't get paid, that means it's for the money, not for the people! The majority of the reviews for this firm is exactly like mine. Very sad... it's a firm not hurting for money, but don't want to take cases they don't think they can win, because they want to get paid smh

I can’t say enough great things about this group. We worked with Adam Hocutt; he was simply amazing and so helpful. After a long draw out litigation issue, that took almost a year to finalize, he got us settled at a sum we were more than happy with. He always remained in contact with us, and made sure to be 100% transparent with us and any questions we had.
