Although my issue needed to be solved by an attorney in another state, Mr. Bollinger took the time to provide me with some insight from his experience as well as to provide some good positive moral support. So many other lawyers here either don't respond or send a canned "not interested" email. Knowledge of law is extremely important as an attorney. I would argue that the quality of the person is almost as important. (What do you do with your knowledge and skill to make the world a better place.) If I had needs in NC - Mr. Bollinger would be my first call as he has shown me to be accomplished in both realms.

After meeting mr. Bollinger for my initial consultation, I could tell right away that he cares more about the client than any attorney I have ever dealt with. He is straight up and honest with you about about your options. Does not push you to hire him and only advises you to hire him if you feel like you would still need his assistance after reviewing your options with him. I would highly recommend him!

Bobby Bollinger, esq. returned my call promptly. I was asking him about an old slip and fall accident and he took the time to explain things about the law and what was relevant to my case. He took more time explaining the law as it pertained to my case. He explain the law that the lawyer that got paid didn't take the time to explain. Mr Bollinger is the most competent attorney you can get for your workers comp case. I fired my original big firm attorney after being treated like a case #, not a person- and I'm so happy that I did! Bob is super friendly, and down to earth outside of the courtroom but will fight for you against the insurance companies with all of his knowledge about the law. Bob will treat you with respect, and he cares! He will answer your questions and be in touch with you day or night! I would absolutely recommend him to help, he is knowledgeable, ethical, sharp as a tack and has a great sense of humor too, He is easy to talk to and most of all will fight for you. I have not settled my case yet but I trust Bob and highly recommend him! You can't hire anyone better, and his staff is super helpful too, thank you to Bob, Janice and Nick for all of your expert advice so far!

He shoots straight and helped when I needed him. He answers questions via email or text quickly. Easy for me to get along with and understood, the difficulties of my case. We went to mediation and the process was as easy as he could make it for me. If you want help, he and his paralegals are fabulous.
