I made one call and they communicated and handled everything very professionally, very timely and for an extremely reasonable price. They helped my boyfriend with a reckless driving charge, they made it to where we didn’t have to drive from Bristol Tennessee to all the court dates and to where he was left with 0 points on his driving record! Was cheap and very helpful, they answered any and every question we had in matter of a few hours via email! Definitely would use again!!

As a veteran and former client of this law firm, it is very disheartening to say the least that Ms. Crews didn’t get the job done on our behalf. My fiancé and I paid her $950 to help us with an eviction case against a very corrupt property management company. We provided all the required information to Ms. Crews that was necessary to help us with our case, but somehow it was disregarded. When it came to communication and keeping us in the loop so to speak, Ms. Crews office didn’t do a good job AT ALL, my fiancé had to call almost everyday to get an update on our case because of the sensitive and timely nature of it. The only thing done by Ms. Crews was that she got our case continued to a week later only to find out on said date that our case was dismissed on the previous court date that Ms. Crews was not able to attend. So when questioned why she was unaware of the dismissal of our case, Ms. Crews responded with she wasn’t aware, and wasn’t notified. We fell that Ms. Crews didn’t do the best job possible for us, so we requested a refund. But to no avail, that request was denied. Long story short, please be careful of giving or paying your hard earned money to a service that has no regard for you or your families well being. This law firm may be good at resolving traffics tickets, but based on some of the reviews, hiring them to represent you in fighting evictions may not be the better option.
