Lack of communication and responsiveness from the lawyer
“Never once did she or her staffs responded to any of my emails. I called beginning of June. And a staff mentioned that Attny Wray just now catching up with all her cases and she will track down my case. To this day. I have not hear or receive any emails re: my case.”
