My recent experience with the assistant and the lack of response from Attorney David Concha has been extremely disappointing. My wife's case was time-sensitive, and we patiently waited for almost two weeks. We called nearly every day, inquiring about the same issue, but each time, the assistant assured us she would call back and never followed through. This situation frustrated me immensely because we only had a few days left to file the motion. According to me, its bad business practice to hang clients till the last moment and not respond. If their service is terrible like this, not sure what would be the outcome of our case. I wasted my consultation fee and ended up hiring another law firm and move on. I had previously used David Concha's services and had a great experience, but this time, it was the complete opposite. It feels like we were taken advantage of being nice and waiting for attorneys response. I repeatedly asked if they were unable to manage time or take the case, to just let us know so we could consider seeking help from another law firm. When I inquired about the pricing, they requested a consultation fee, which I paid, but they failed to respond, citing that the lawyer was too busy with court matters. This resulted in a significant waste of our time, and it's disheartening that they don't even express remorse for their unprofessional behavior.

Todd Browning is absolutely amazing! His knowledge and guidance to handle a traffic citation were incredible. I was an out of state driver and unfamiliar with NC practices. The situation took two years to be heard due to issues with the NC court system. Todd and his staff were absolutely excellent in communication and being proactive to advise me on next steps which resulted in a case dismissal. Their fees were very reasonable. I am so thankful that I contacted Todd and highly recommend his firm!!!
