They were always very quick to respond to my emails (within 48 hours) and provided thorough easy to follow directions. They are one of the most affordable options I have encountered as well. Agile and efficient

The results achieved by the Browning and Long team exceeded my expectations by a great deal. I had made a dumb mistake and was in a hurry on a road I know is heavily enforced so Browning and Long not only got the speeding violation charge reduced but the penalty was reduced as well!I am feeling much better! This was especially impressive because I did not have a pristine driving record at this time due to a ticket last year in a tourist speed trap in Tennessee. Their process to handle this is handled very efficiently online so that eliminates a lot of the aggravation normally associated with a traffic violation. Here's an additional shout-out to Jennifer Mendez the office manager who keeps things running so smoothly.
