Mark S. Jetton is the best Attorney In Charlotte NC, I was confused and didn't know who to turn to when I was charged. I did a lot of research on the internet when I was charged. I saw Jetton & Meredith, PLLC Attorneys and counselors at law. The company have great Ratings. I called the office and the lady that answer the phone was so kind and appointed me to Mark S Jetton. Mark Jetton called me back the same day and told to come into the office, a time that worked best for me. He met with me after hours to go over the case. I set up a date later in the week. I saw Mark S Jetton and we sat down and went over the case and what happened. Mark Is a very honest guy and tells you his honest opinion about the situation. Then Mark comes up with multiple solution how to beat the case. Mark told me to come back to the office on the court date to meet him so we could go to court together. Before the court date mark checks up with consistently through phone or email. If I had any question about the case I would give him a call and he would answer or give me a call back that same day. Mark is very quick to respond to my needs. I met mark at his office on my court date and we walked over together. He showed me what room I was suppose to be in. I was sitting in the court room waiting to hear my name to talk to the judge, Then I was told in 1 hour that my case was dismissed before I came forth to the judge. First, let me start by giving a BIG THANK YOU to Mark Jetton and his firm! About 9 months I was charged with my first DWI. They took my license and said it would be 30 days before I could get them back. This wasn't OK cause I live in area that doesn't have transportation so I wasn't sure how I was going to get back and forth to school, work, and sports for my kids. My friend recommended Mark to me. I feel like I made the best decision to give him a call. He was able to get my license back without restrictions in three days. Mark really knows his way around courtroom. And he really showed that to me when he was able to pull off my dismissal after going to court for the past 9 months which he informed me that it could take that long or even longer. Last March I was charged with a horrible DWI, hit and run, careless and wreckless, and a carrying a concealed weapon charge. I had never been in trouble like this before which meant that I had no idea who I would hire to be my lawyer. I decided to trust all the internet research I did and called Mark Jetton. I was shocked to get a call back a few hours later on a Saturday night from Mark, telling me that he would come in on the next day (Sunday) to meet with me and go over my case. Being as upset and embarrassed as I was after being arrested, Mark assured me that I was going to be alright and that he was going to help me either fight the case or get the charges reduced as much as he could. After meeting with Mark, I realized why he was one of the best reviewed DWI and criminal lawyers in the country. Mark showed me that he not only took his job extremely seriously but also that he cared about me as a person and not just a client. I requested the court date keep getting pushed back and Mark was able to work the system and get my case extended as long as he possibly could which was around 8 months. I went into the last court date expecting to have the book thrown at me but I was shocked to find out that Mark had worked out a Plea deal where the DWI, Hit and Run, and Careless and Wreckless charges would be thrown out if I plead guilty to the carrying a concealed weapon. I almost started crying tears of joy when I heard that. All I had to do was take the CCW certification course on a Saturday later on that month and give the paperwork to Mark who took care of the rest. I am so thankful to have hired Mark as my lawyer and he is the only one I will ever recommend in the future!
