I would like to take the time to thank Mark Jetton for handling my traffic issue within 24 hours! Whew..didn't think that could was even possible!!! After the mother of my child took off with another man and left me with nothing, I spent years begging, pleading and attempting to work things out personally with the mother, to no avail. After being referred to Jetton & Meredith and accepting them to take my case, within a short year they went above and beyond to make me feel like family, that I was important and not just a client, and remained professional and informative throughout the proceedings. Within a short year (after 5 years of my daughter being taken away by her mother), I won joint custody of my child. My whole family would personally like to thank the attorneys and all the wonderful paralegals in the office. They were always in contact and reachable, always kept me up to date with information, and very much prepared me for the court date. My husband received a speeding ticket for 86/65 at roughly 11:30 p.m. The following morning we contacted Mark Jetton to see if he could help us in getting the speeding ticket reduced so our insurance wouldn't be affected. We were told that due to the excessive speed typically the tickets are reduced and rarely dismissed. Within a few hours of contacting Mr. Jetton he was able to get the ticket DISMISSED!! Literally in less than 24 hours from getting the citation my husband's driving record was free and clear! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark Jetton!!

Working with Mark Jetton in reducing/clearing my traffic violation was surprisingly easy. Not only was he extremely responsive in returning my call, but he was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I paid my fee and was told I'd be notified after my court date. The experience that I had with Jetton & Meredith is unlike one that I have ever had when dealing with any law or traffic issues. Mark Jetton, whom is not just extremely personable, has all the certifications and qualifications that hold him in high regard in the Charlotte community. Mr. Jetton, as well as the entire law office, gives you a sense of relief and firm belief that when you leave their office that they will stop at nothing to make sure that you are represented to the up most fullest and to the very best of their ability. Throughout the litigation process, Mr. Jetton was thorough in his findings and his discovery of the factual information to the case. Even as the case was continued more I had anticipated, Mr. Jetton made sure that we were always on the same page and that reassured me that we would get the best outcome possible. And that is when my expectations were blown out of the water and i was left at a loss of words which does not happen often. Upon the date of my last court date, Mr. Jetton suggested that the case be taken to trial and heard by the judge. Without hesitation Mr. Jetton, with his keen knowledge of case law, presented a flawless defense to judge and was able to get his motion for dismissal granted. I NEVER even thought that this would have been possible due the severity of the case. I will continue to use Jetton & Meredith (hopefully not too much) and will stop at nothing to refer anyone or anything that needs the absolute best representation in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
