As the other reviews stated, they are "nice". For the most part, I do believe the work hard to get the best resolve for you. I would highly recommend requesting weekly activity reports. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability. Due to the firm's delay in sending documents (which they never addressed why there was a delay), it caused a major hardship for our family. To further make this difficult for us, they decided it was appropriate to bill us to fix the issue that arose from this. Never addressed why there was a delay in sending out the documents that were provided the same day requested, or anything. Overall, I think they care a little bit more about their billable hours than doing the right thing. I would have been satisfied with a simply apology or acknowledgement - but it continued to be overlooked. Again, I highly recommend requesting the activity report and reviewing it weekly.

Avoid this firm if at all possible. My wife and I were involved in procedures handled by this firm. They were handled poorly at best. Missed deadlines and misinformation caused the families involved, including my wife and I , untold stress as well as valuable time and energy. If I could rate “zero stars” I would. They pay way more attention to marketing than actual legal results.
