The McIntyre Elder Law Firm indeed helped our family save the farm! It’s not hype its real. Back in November 2014, Greg McIntyre helped my mom and dad navigate through setting up a Lady Bird Deed. Six years later my mom became incapacitated, and had to be put in a nursing home for 24/7 care. The Lady Bird Deed played a huge part in helping mom qualify for Medicaid coverage. This also played an instrumental part in allowing my dad to retain our 50 acre farm. Mom passed away in July 2021. In keeping with her, and our father’s wishes about the farm staying in the family, we met with Brenton Begley in the Saraland office in early August 2021. Brenton was very thorough and attentive to our needs. Under his advice we had the farm set up as a Dynasty Estate. Sadly my father passed away the later part of August. He passed knowing that his and moms wish have been realized! These two things were key to the farm staying intact. Thus allowing our family, and generations to come, to have and hold. I can’t thank enough Greg McIntyre, Brenton Begley, Tiffany Black, and others for all their hard work and dedication in taking care of our families needs. They worked tirelessly seeing to our needs. Mr Causey worked with me on a guardianship issue. Mr Causey was courteous, knowledgeable, accessible, thorough, prompt and he explained the law in a simple way which I understood.
