I am excited to give another review of Attorney McIntyre Elder Law Firm. My experience started with one of the free seminars I attended. Yes, free with dinner; this was very educational and informative that I decided to make an appointment to speak with Attorney Gregg McIntyre. This turned out to be one of my most fulfilling meetings. I was able to obtain a ladybird deed to protect my home. I was rushed into signing anything, paying anything or making any hasty decisions. I took time to make up my mind and Attorney McIntyre was empathetic and gave the best all around service and advice. He isn't money hungry, you get your moneys worth and more.... The staff is just as sensitive, professional and dependable. They followed up on any messages I left or emails I sent. When we needed to get my wife covered by Medicaid to have her memory care expenses paid I approached the elder law attorney who had prepared our wills, PoAs etc. She quickly told me that Medicaid was outside her area of expertise (an early indication of how specialized this area of the law is). I ended up working with Greg and couldn't have been more pleased. He came up with a strategy to protect my assets while getting my wife qualified for Medicaid. Greg and his team handled all the paperwork, the interface with Medicaid and with my wife's memory care facility. You can rely on Greg and his team.
