I delt with the receptionist. I was looking to speak to a lawyer even at my expense to have a sit down. I spoke to a lady (maybe elaine) she took some information and told me she would call me back. Several weeks later I recieved a call back from her saying that the law firm would not be handling my situation. I asked for a sitdown with a lawyer again and she said they were not interested. She was very rude. I just wanted to speak with a lawyer but you have to get around this lady first and she was not having it. So yes I have the correct office. This IS my experience with your law firm. Seems most lawyers in this area screen clients only for "slam dunk" cases. Then they will talk to you.
