Kevin is an experienced attorney who listened well to my situation. He has handled cases like mine before and worked with my former employer previously. He set reasonable expectations from the beginning, let me know what would likely happen and followed through on what he committed to doing. My case had a positive outcome. The process worked just as Kevin had outlined. He and Sean communicated with me all through the process. I would recommend him and his firm without reservation.

Herrmann and Murphy did a great job of managing their cost structure and hourly rates to optimize effectiveness at the lowest possible cost. I was very satisfied with their approach and could not be happier. Kevin was my lead and Sean sat in to present a fearless front to our foe. Not only was I completely satisfied with the outcome but we also had quite a bit of fun on what easily could have been a stressful event. If you want serious legal representation from extremely capable attorneys who do not take themselves too seriously, feel comfortable aligning with Herrmann and Murphy.

I retained Kevin to represent me in a compensation dispute with a former employer. He negotiated aggressively but fairly with opposing counsel. From the outset he set realistic expectations and was highly communicative. We achieved the results we sought.

After spending numerous hours documenting and explaining the situation, I always felt he took the matter lightly. He didn't ask enough questions, and I would have to dig into the matter myself and send him more info and keep making questions (which he later found to be very valuable). Overall not very pleased, and I wish he would had been more vested.
