Laura Noble was recommended to me by another lawyer that I know well. She agreed to take a look at my case to see if she felt that she would be able to assist me obtain a favorable outcome. A demand was sent to my former employer which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Despite this, Laura kept continuing to advocate on my behalf until it became apparent that a decision had to be made on how the case could move forward. Due to her heavy workload and the actual case facts, she wasn't able to take my case through litigation but we mutually agreed that litigation wasn't the best avenue based on the circumstances. She also provided me with an additional resource should I decide to litigate my case. Laura was receptive, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and fought hard for me. What I really liked about Laura most was that she was direct and to the point and told me up front what her expectations were and how she would fight for me.
