Where do we begin? I researched attorneys for months only to be recommended to Marcus (also known as Sam) McGee. There were never any promises and we had been told in the past by other attorneys that they would review our case so we knew there was a chance they may not take the case on, therefore we were prepared. After reviewing our case he decided to take on our case. Our son had a delayed diagnosis with the military and as a result suffered severe brain damage. My husband served honorably for 8 years in the United States Air Force and upon his exit we discovered our son had an undiagnosed case of hydrocephalus. Marcus and his team were there for us every step of the way and treated us like friends, for that we will always be grateful. I could go on and on about his character and experience. We ended up settling with the government to be able to care for our son. Thank you Marcus (Sam) McGee (and his assistant Kris Lawton) for taking on our case and working with us.
