Laura Burt was great to work with and as a family law attorney (collaborative law), she was knowledgeable, empathetic, fair and thorough. I had spoken to three other attorneys prior to meeting her, but she was the only one who asked detailed questions at the consultation, took notes and worked really hard to protect my interests. She even took a phone call from me after business hours when I was dealing with a rather urgent situation. Her staff, including her very able paralegal, Debbie made the process that was daunting and emotional, manageable. They only billed for what was required and I had no issue reaching them as needed.
