Ryan Smith was extremely helpful! I got a speeding ticket close to the holidays when it is always difficult to get ahold of really anyone. He answered every phone call and email quickly and efficiently. He also got the best possible outcome for my speeding ticket which was a huge relief! I would highly recommend.

I was first being represented by another attorney for a speeding ticket. The case got continued, because I was facing a suspended license. I choose to go with Ryan instead. He was able to get my charge amended and subsequently get the Judge to Order a Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC) in which I only had to pay court costs, no fine. Based on your Driving Record, and according to the North Carolina General Statutes, no insurance points should be incurred. You only have to pay court costs as mentioned above ($190.00). No Suspension. I highly recommend Ryan Smith.

Ryan Smith and RTS Law Group did a great job representing me on both a recent speeding citation and in resolving a problematic domestic legal matter.
