I unfortunately received a speeding ticket in a work zone but RTS group was able to reduce it to just over the speed limit and no work zone. David Driscoll was great to speak with and the whole process was painless. Highly recommended and will come to RTS group in the future should I need their services again.

This process was seamless all the way through. I had never received a traffic offense before this and never having experience with hiring a lawyer or even consulting one can easily be nerve racking. When i talked to Mr. Smith he was extremely pleasant to speak to, nice and very intelligent and educated in what he does. We discussed options for the best possible way to handle the situation and the outcome. He did exactly what he said he would and what we discussed and i could not be any more happy then i am, i'm very satisfied with my experience and it's left a wonderful impression, i would easily recommend working with this group to anyone.

I was fairly new to the Charlotte area and got a pretty serious traffic violation which also happened to be my first one. I didn't exactly know how to handle the situation and am very lucky to have found Ryan Smith!
