A family member got a second speeding ticket in a short period of time. Because they had taken a driving class to reduce the first speeding ticket, things didn’t look good. To add pressure, the court date was only 2 weeks away and there was a hurricane approaching. I emailed Ryan Smith because he was highly recommended by a friend and I was amazed at how quickly he got back in touch with me to setup a call. After talking over the issue, he presented options and next steps. Of course, I hired him. Within a few days Ryan Smith contacted me personally to say they had resolved the case early! Ryan Smith, David Driscoll, and the entire RTS Law Group were amazing to work with! Friendly, responsive (both through email and phone), professional, and fast to act. Ryan Smith was awesome to work with! I received a speeding ticket and he was completely honest with me over the phone about what my options may be and gave me the best and worse case scenario. He said he would fight for me and not settle until he got what he felt was the best deal for me. I called and talked to him on a Thursday, he went to court on Friday and they initially reduced the ticket to improper equipment. He thought he could do better so he didn't take that deal. On that Monday, after he and his partner David Driscoll talked through more options he was able to get the ticket completely dismissed. He called me personally to let me know that he got it dropped. He exceeded my expectations, he took time to communicate and let you know that he was fighting for you and he also handled the case way faster than I expected! Called on a Thursday and it was taking care of by Monday! I highly recommend Ryan Smith if you are in need of an attorney!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to keep their services because my source of funds needed a refund because of issues on our part, but they were able to refund since it wasn't to far into the services.
