Reckless Driving and Speeding Dismissed I received 2 tickets on the 4th of July in Gaston. 1 for speeding and reckless driving doing 94 in a 60. The other for expired registration. David C. Driscoll was my lawyer for the case and got everything dismissed in a quick manner. I only had to do a 8 hour defensive driving class and everything was dismissed with no points or anything. I highly recommend David Driscoll for your case.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Ryan Smith due to a Traffic ticket. I spoke to Ryan at 9:15am, provided my information and received a call at 4:15pm saying that he had everything resolved and taken care of. 7 hours... That's it! Ryan did a fantastic job explaining the entire process when we first spoke and made himself readily available for questions. Hopefully I will not need Mr. Smith's services in the future, but his number is saved for any future issues or referrals.

This Law Firm is not a good law firm to use. Their commercials are very miss leading. They do not work on your behalf. They are sly and tricky. They will sell you out for what they can get. They have this lawyer with the last name Smit, or Smith. He is the snake. How many more Smits are in this company? I can't believe that they did that to a handicap person!!!! I am going to tell everyone what they did to my friend. Smit, God don't like ugly, and what you did was even ugly to a blind man.

This is how you handle a Case. I went to court today . I didn't have to speak at all !!!!! MR. SMITH came in the court room and Next thing I was told was everthing got dismissed I was only in court for less than an hour. I was so happy because I'm not the type of person to get in front of everyone and explain my business into a whole courtroom. They follow up with you through the whole process they keep up with you doing your case they make sure if you have any questions they answer them by emails and even texting you. They make sure you are not ignored they have fast response to any question or concerns. Love them !!!!!
