David Driscoll was recommended to our family years ago by another attorney. Driscoll is amazing on so many levels! First and foremost he is an extremely honest personable man. Driscoll has a very down to demeanor WITHOUT an uppity arrogant attitude. These days it is very hard to find an attorney that holds these rare character traits. Most importantly though he gets the job done! He must be a NINJA in the courtroom because in all of our experiences with him (My husband may "ALLEGEDLY" have a little bit of a lead foot and a minute bit road rage. It's also possible that In the past I may have "ALLEGEDLY" acquired that same lead foot issue) We have always received AMAZING results! From getting tickets completely dismissed, to lesser charges but ALL resulting in NO points or insurance increases. His staff is also GREAT Jenna (Paralegal) was amazing walking me through some things I didn't understand. I have NEVER had any issues getting a hold of anyone in the office and Driscoll is awesome at returning calls (always the same day, usually within hours and sometimes within minutes). His pricing is very reasonable and it saves you so much time, energy and of course money by not having to show up in courts and being to pay online. If I could give 6 stars I would! As much as I love his impeccable results. I REALLY HOPE this will be the last time I need his services (lol).

Being stopped for speeding is never a pleasurable experience. Nor is appearing in court to defend yourself; so I've been told. Attorney Ryan Smith made this process quite easy for me and was able to bring prompt resolution to my case without me having to appear in court.
