They handle EVERYTHING for you. There is no stress on your end once you pass the case over to them. They have very affordable prices for lawyers which really helped lower my anxiety about finding someone to help my case. They contact you throughout the whole process to keep you updated. At first I was nervous because I had never heard of Iticket but it sounded legit and very convenient since I moved almost 4hrs away from where I got my ticket, I was pleased with the communication and the speed but more so the outcome plus I didn't have to appear they appeared on my behalf thanks Iticket.

First - don’t speed in NC if you’re from out of state. You’re ripe for the picking. That said, if you’re reading this review then you’ve likely also fallen into the same trap as I. You will get 1,000 letters in the mail for legal representation. Hatley (iticket) was the first Google search that I hit upon myself. Throw all the others in the trash. Literally it took one click through their site and upon their review a payment was needed (less than $100) and they represented me and reduced a 16 over ticket (they get you when you get off the freeway and onto surface streets!! Oak Island…) to improper equipment. My total cost is less than $400… which is still a lot of money but no moving violation which equals no insurance increase.

Without a doubt my absolute go-to for handling my traffic ticket. This team has successfully saved me tons of time, worry, and dollars. It's professional and affordable. Truly an outstanding service.
