Quick and professional....I will definitely recommend anyone with license issues in NC to use this law firm.

Hatley was easy, mostly automated, and resolved my citation very favorably. You're probably getting a ton of mail from prospective representation. I don't know anything about anyone else that solicited my business, but Hatley worked perfectly for me.

I highly recommend, super easy to deal with, and they saved me money when I need it most. Would use them again.

I hired this law firm to help my son with his traffic offense. We live out of state. This firm communicated with us regularly and gave my son things to do before his court case (ie. Take a defensive driving class). They resolved the case well above our expectations. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend going through this law firm. They are excellent.

Did great. They need to put in emails to upload driver certificates on the website where it was suppose to go and not mailing it. Did not see it til after a pfjc and was not told to go online to upload it. Then they had mail it to a certain address on email but when u go online it says to upload it. I spent 100 for driving certificate and lawyer put pfjc because they didn't get my certificate in an attached email back only to see it later after 1st appearance and case closed so spent 100 bucks for nothing .. its not 99 dollars either like it stated. They hire these attorneys and if they don't have certificate [without telling u to upload on website] instead to mail it.. then they give u a pfjc

This whole experience of me getting a ticket and having to appear in court was nerve wracking. Especially because I don't live in NC. I absolutely recommend Hatley Law. They were very detailed in explaining the process to me for my speeding citation and kept me informed every step of the way.
