I recently found myself in the unique situation of having multiple outstanding citations in multiple counties. My driver's license had been suspended and I was having no luck finding an attorney to help me. Every phone call I made to a firm was met with similar answers: "we don't typically handle multiple counties. You'll need to hire us for the county we usually prefer to serve and find another attorney for your other citations." Every office I spoke with acted like trying to help me was a huge inconvenience, and the quotes I was receiving ranged from $3-$5k. Then I spoke with someone at iTicket. After contacting Mr. Fleishman and speaking with him, I instantly felt at ease. He and his paralegal, Isaac Barker, walked me through the entire process and kept me updated the entire way. Because of Covid-19, we did all of our communication by phone or email. They were very prompt at returning my calls and responding to my emails. I loved the service at first, very responsive and helpful. However I found out 3 years, yes 3 years, later there was a court fee that was never settled. There was 0 follow up from the office, and I ended up paying more in late fees than the ticket itself. Again, excellent front end service, 0 follow up. Anyone who uses please be sure to be thorough and read terms of service in detail.
