I was about to toss the letter out but decided to open it. I'm glad I did. I could have gotten the ticket dismissed myself but at a greater cost and I would have had to be there in person. I don't know how it cost 30% less than court cost and fine. Great job. Thank You. Patrick Duncan

Last year I was rear-ended and thrown into traffic - hit by several cars and was somewhat injured, most importantly via long-term post concussive syndrome. I mention this specifically because as someone who was already an anxious person somewhat on the spectrum, working with my while my brain was not even at full capacity must have been an absolute terror. They always responded to my emails and texts, made sure I understood what was going on, and never made me feel bad for asking questions or over-communicating. They were also incredibly helpful by handling essentially the entire process and when something was needed on my end, telling me what and how to do those things. Another thing that stood out is that their facility, their clothing, are all immaculate - and their clientele list is probably a bit more high income than me, but I never felt self conscious and was always treated with kindness and respect. Somehow, they did all this without making me feel childish or incapable, and I am incredibly grateful for their patience and skill.

I wish I woud have known about iTicket.law a long time ago! They were able to get my Reckless Driving/Speeding 90/70 dropped to a simple Improper Equipment violation. It is a non-moving violation which results in no points on my license and no insurance premium increase. It is the best possible outcome in this situation and such a huge relief! They were very easy to work with and handled everything for me and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I never even had to go to court!! They were truly a blessing and I will definitely keep them on "speed" dial lol
