I 100% recommend this Law Office and Attorney Metz for traffic citations. I was traveling from Virginia to visit my daughter and was "clocked" at 24 mph over the speed limit; a serious driving offense with the potential for significant monetary and driving record consequences, including temporary loss of my driving privileges. My driving record was completely clear of any violations and I considered NOT hiring an attorney. However, appearance in court was mandatory and I don't live in NC. I saw the advertisement for Attorney Metz via a google search. I called and received answers and information immediately. The Hatley Law Office followed through in minutes, assigning my case to Attorney Metz. I was amazed at the consistent information, updates and care I received through my trial date. With a couple of emails Attorney Metz took my case and negotiated a lesser infraction. Seemed odd not talking to anyone but I cannot argue the results. It was quick and easy. Since I was from out of state, I had to get my driving record and upload it. After that I received an email of the plan and then within a week or two I was informed the case was closed. Process was quick and easy.

Pretty cut and dry, this law firm is the real deal. Attorney Metz and his co-workers provided a satisfactory outcome for a citation I received. Everything was virtual (which I found to be a plus) I didn't need to call anyone or show up in person any place. The team handled everything in a very timely manner and they are very responsive.
