When I was referred to Rosensteel Fleishman, I had been traumatized by an accident. As soon as I sat down with Shirley, the paralegal, and Mr. Fleishman the attorney, I was put at ease. I was injured at a NC diner. It required immediate medical attention and then many additional visits to the clinic in NC and follow up care by my personal doctor in FL.
The initial interview with Mr. Rosensteel was very professional. An Assistant, Kaitlyn, was assigned to my case. She kept me updated throughout the process. The first settlement was not to my liking so the lawyer worked hard to get me a reasonable settlement. I am very pleased w the personal attention I was given.
