I was not sure about doing something all online and just getting a couple emails at the beginning. 4 days before my court date I got an email that said they got my ticket dropped to the best possible outcome! Super happy with my experience with iticket law.

They were able to resolve my uncle's case. the 2 missing stars are because of the lady in their office who claims to speak french but does not speak it. I was helping my uncle with the case since he doesn't speak English and the lady could not even communicate with him. I had to translate. I am leaving this review because the company might loose other clients who solely speak french because the lady does not speak it. please hire someone who can actually speak the language.
