I had the opportunity to have Shirley assist me. She is amazing at her job. She makes me feel like my case is the only concern she has. Even though that obviously isn't true, it's the effort that she puts in that makes it feel that way. She was very consistent with following up on Dr. Appointments , police reports, insurance correspondence and even just to talk to me when I was confused as to why things went the way they go in the process. I never felt out of the loop. They went above my expectations at getting me a settlement amount. They even tried getting me extra on top of the settled amount. 200% happiness is the feeling I walked away with if I'm honest. People usually take time to write bad reviews. I take time to write honest ones. This is a heartfelt review.
