Can I just say they took away so much stress!! I was planning on showing up in court myself when a police officer that I know told me NC courts look down on people showing up themselves. He told me to get on iTicket and hire a lawyer. I was super unsure and didn’t know if I wanted to deal with the hassle of all that, but my attorney was amazing! I hate NC but if something like this every happens again! I know who I’ll be hiring!

I contacted them for a citation I received in Charlotte. The lawyer said he can get it dismissed, I paid the fees for lawyer and they handled the rest they continued the case to allow me time to do the required task to make the dismissal possible. After I did the safe driver course which I completed in under 1 hr I sent them proof and case dismissed. They have great communication via text and email and you can rest assured that they are handling the case. I definitely recommend and will definitely use again thank you Hatley law firm
