Outstanding. iTicket handled my case of running a stop sign and referred me to an online speed awareness course. I procrastinated and delayed and delayed but they kept badgering me, deferred the case twice, until finally I could delay no more. I took the course with 5 days to spare, case dismissed! They never gave up on me, had they been less diligent, i would have had a conviction. 100% recommended.

I had two tickets that got completely, resolved. I am very happy with the outcome and so, glad I didn’t go ahead and pay the fines on them. I was worried about my auto insurance going on since I am fairly a new driver. Both outcomes were unexpectedly, to my satisfaction.

Called to get help with a ticket in NC. Scottie picked up and he was very polite but unfortunately not trained in handling my situation with a traffic citation. He transferred me to who I think was their legal assistant, Lizbeth - she was rude AF! so much so SHE HUNG UP ON ME! When I asked her why the lawyer would plea guilty. Doesn’t seem like this firm does anything to help you with a traffic citation. Should’ve just called ticket clinic like i googled instead of falling for this “paid ad” that pops up first. Save your money, don’t waste it on ads when your customer service is lacking and will prevent you from actually getting real business. Happy holidays!

I was very satisfied with the help I received from the Hatley Law Office when I got a speeding ticket in Tyrell County, NC. The price was right and I was grateful to have Attorney Miller on my side to walk me through the procedure, especially because I am out-of-state and would not be able to show up for court. The matter is resolved after a good reduction to the charge and I will have no points on my license. I highly recommend them!
