Affordable, informative and effective. I ALWAYS use the services this organization offers and i’m NEVER disappointed. They just closed a case today for a speeding ticket and it ended with a couple Voluntary Dismissal, which means I don’t even owe court costs for this charge. Highly recommended and highly appreciated firm, worth every. single. penny.

Not a very good experience. They emailed me stating my case had been dismissed and no money was due to the court. A month later I get letters from SC and NC saying my license will be suspended and now I owe over $400 in fines to get this issue resolved. This is after all the money I paid to Hatley law office.They say they are working on it but every time I call I get no help.

Good experience with the receptionist. But I feel as if the firm is ignorant in not taking my malpractice case. Mr Rosensteel wasn't very pleasant to communicate with.

I was a little nervous using this service at first as it is all online and I’ve never had a traffic ticket or lawyer before, but I could not have been happier with the end result! My speeding ticket was dismissed and I did not have to travel 2.5 hours to attend court. Everyone I communicated with was extremely kind and quick to answer all questions. I highly recommend this service and will recommend to any friends/family in the future!
