Let me first start off by saying I don't generally write reviews and summaries but for this service I felt like I NEEDED to because of their excellent work and help! To start, I got a speeding ticket and as you all know it was not the best experience. This was the first time and I have been driving over 15+ year before that so I had no idea what to expect, what fees to pay, the court system or having to go to court, hiring a attorney etc. To say the least it was super STRESSFUL! I got a letter in the mail from iTicket law that basically said they could represent me in court and help reduce court fees etc. At first I was skeptical but I decide to work with them and this was literally the DAY BEFORE I was scheduled to go to court the next morning for my traffic citation and speeding ticket. So the day before around 4:00PM I go to their website from the letter they mailed me, signing up and finding my ticket citation was super easy and simple then I clicked around until I saw the option for them to help me. I decided to pay their small fee and I received a email back saying that they are on the case and that most likely I did not need to show up to court. I COULD NOT BELIEVE that they were working so quickly behind the scenes to clear this up but I was still nervous of having to go to court the next morning because of the turn around time. The next morning I received a text message from them saying the my case was closed.... I felt stress because I was thinking that I sent in my request too late. It said to check my case status on the website and I kid you not they said that are happy to report that successfully negotiated a Voluntary Dismissal of my speeding charged and that the case has been dismissed and now closed and no monies are due to court..... !!! To the RELIEF I had when i received this message! It's like they worked some magic on my behalf to help me with the case! Again, I don't even know how to thank them enough for helping me since this was my first ever type of offense to anything! And the process was superrr seamless and easy. I highly recommend using their easy service- you will not regret. Also I was not monetized in any way to write this positive review for them - I just felt compelled to because of their amazing work! Thanks again!

This was the best team of people ever! I was wrongly accused of speeding not even 30 seconds after I pulled out of a gas station for taking a nap with no speed limit sign placed. They had my ticket reduced to a minor infraction instead of 20 over with super low court costs. If u ever get pulled, these are the people to call. Thank u iTicket! They are life savers! Just want to take a moment to thank all the staff involved with my case, In 2021 I was involved in a vehicle accident, I had called a few attorney offices and all declined to take my case. The good: they take payment plans and the online/email stuff can be convenient. The bad: I have never spoken to or seen my actual attorney. It’s all but impossible to get a hold of someone and get real answers. For the price you pay, you should be able to speak to your actual attorney at least once. My case has been continued 4 times, I’ve been trying to get this over with since May. I completed everything I was told to as quickly as I could, way before the “due date”. My lawyer has missed every court date, this most recent time the excuse was me not having done an assessment but it had been done and turned in to the office months before hand. I’ve been trying to call and talk to her before my upcoming date to confirm that she will in fact make it, considering taking the day off of work and driving out there and back costs me about $200. But no response yet. My advice is to get an attorney from an individual office or at least a small office. This corporate stuff is annoying to say the least. I guess if you live close to where your case is and don’t mind going to court 47 times for no reason this would be great for you.
