This law firm was the best decision I could’ve made. They handle my case very quickly and reduced my speeding ticket with a plea deal, where I received zero points to prevent my Insurance rates from going up. I highly recommend them.

So I got a citation at the beginning of November.. Not long after that the letters from law offices started flowing in, iTicket being one of them. So I was deciding that i would just handle it myself, (from Pennsylvania and its what I've always done there), so i just waited for my date in court. So a week or 2 prior to my court date, I get another couple of letters in the mail and again iTicket is there. After considering using an app in the Google play store, i said ok let me check these folks out. Mind you it's 4 days before my court date... Let me tell you iTicket is the REAL DEAL! I called them, gave the very professional woman i talked to, all the information she needed. Also sent in other things they asked for. 4 days later i got my email that it was taken care of and how to pay my fines. This whole process was easier than figuring out what you want to eat for dinner! MAKE THE CALL, THEY DO IT ALL!! And you will not be disappointed!

Mr. Matthew Fleishman made sure I was taken care of. Him and his case managers were very responsive and provided detailed information and great explanation on the process when this happens. Case manager Diana made sure to always follow up in a promptly and timely manner and keep my informed throughout the whole process.
